Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original contents
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Be free from damage caused after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened or used personal-use items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-returnable items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Products missing components not due to our error
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • For health and safety reasons, ear plugs, eye masks, putty, and any other personal-use items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective

Return process

To initiate a return, please contact info@operationcalm.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was shipped;
  • the item arrived damaged; or
  • the item is defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging whenever possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

At this time, Operation Calm does not offer direct exchanges.
