What age is the kit suitable for?
The Operation Calm Resilience Kit is designed for children ages 6 and older, teens, and adults. During our pilot study, participants of all ages found the kit beneficial, making it a versatile companion for individuals and families traveling together. Children should always use the kit under adult supervision.

Is the kit only for air travel?
Not at all. While the kit was inspired by the air travel experience, it's designed for any situation where a little extra calm can help. Use it during road trips, train journeys, waiting rooms, school transitions, military PCS moves, or any time you please.
Is the kit reusable?
Absolutely. Most of the items are designed to be used again, allowing the kit to become a trusted companion throughout many journeys.
Can more than one person use the kit?
Yes. While each Operation Calm Resilience Kit is designed for one individual, many of the activities and tools can be enjoyed together, making it a great option for families. For hygiene reasons, some items are intended for single-person use.
Is the kit a good gift?
Absolutely. The Operation Calm Resilience Kit makes a thoughtful gift for frequent travelers, military families, students, parents traveling with children, and anyone preparing for a new adventure.
Safety
Does the kit contain small parts?
Yes. The kit contains small components and is intended for individuals aged 6 and older. It is not suitable for children under 6, and children should always use it under adult supervision. Packaging materials should be kept away from young children and disposed of after opening.
Is anything in the kit edible?
No. No item in the kit is edible or intended to be eaten, chewed, or swallowed, and nothing should be placed in the mouth. The ear plugs are the only item intended for insertion into the body, and only into the outer ear canal in line with the manufacturer's instructions.
Does the kit help with anxiety or medical conditions?
The Operation Calm Resilience Kit is designed to promote comfort, engagement, and relaxation during stressful situations. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, mental, or physical health condition. It is not a therapy tool.
Has the kit been tested?
Yes. The first Operation Calm Resilience Kit was piloted with a small number of members of the military community during air travel journeys. Feedback from participants helped refine the product and showed the kit was beneficial for children, teens, and adults.

Travel
Is the kit TSA-friendly?
Yes. The kit has been thoughtfully assembled with travel in mind. It contains no liquids, making it convenient to pack in your carry-on or personal item. As with any travel item, security screening requirements may vary by country. We recommend checking the regulations of your airline and the security authority at your departure and destination before traveling to ensure all items are permitted.
Will everything get through airport security?
The kit contains no liquids and was assembled with screening in mind, but we can't guarantee every item will be permitted at every checkpoint. Screening rules vary by country, airport, and airline, and officers have discretion. Check the regulations for your route before you travel.
Orders, shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery speed you choose. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Can I return the kit?
Yes, within 30 days, if it is unused and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened ear plugs, putty, and other personal-use items can't be returned unless they arrived defective. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@operationcalm.com within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We'll work with you to resolve it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal.
Can I order kits in bulk for my organization?
Yes. Airports, schools, military family programs, and community organizations can order in quantity.
